Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase
  • Refunds are applicable only for unused service credits
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially used services
  • Technical issues preventing service usage may qualify for full refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully utilized or partially consumed
  • API integration and setup fees
  • Custom development or professional services
  • Purchases made more than 3 days ago
  • Violation of our terms of service resulting in account suspension

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Include your account details and reason for refund
  • Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Service access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
